Eric Colmer VE7CCJ and his wife Isabel cut the clubs 25th Aniversary cake at the Princess Mary restaurant during the Christmas luncheon on the 18th December 2002. (Eric is the last surviving founding member)

This beautiful cake is shown here in all its glory. Sorry folks! I have no idea as to who performed the celebratory carving at the Christmas luncheon in December 1997.
